We take our responsibilities to our clients very seriously, especially when you bear in mind that many of them have some form of disability or they are older.

We feel it’s therefore of critical importance that we work with organisations like:

This enables us to understand or clients much better and provide the most appropriate services to meet their particular needs.

WHAT ARE THESE POLICIES?

 

1. FREE CONSULTATION – This would be with you but there are further options to include (1) Other family members (2) Social Services (3) Carers

2. PERSONALISED PLANS – We create a specific plan for you based on (1) Your needs (2) The type of service you’ve selected

3. FLEXIBILITY – Your situation may change, for instance where you may require more support from us or a slightly different service, as your circumstances change. We can adapt quickly to these changes

4. APPOINTMENTS – We’ll work with you to ensure that when appointments fall on the day of your scheduled services that you don’t miss out by rescheduling from (1) Morning to afternoon (2) Afternoon to morning (3) A different day in that same week

5. TAKE YOU TO APPOINTMENTS – There is a service available where we offer to do this

6. THOROUGH BACK GROUND CHECKS – All staff must have DBS Checks and a range of other background checks

7. DUE DILIGENCE – New staff members have to prove they can do the job, before there is an offer of employment

8. ADDITIONAL DUE DILIGENCE – New staff members often come to us with existing CRB/DBS checks but to ensure that our customer’s have maximum protection, we carry out a new DBS check

9. SAME PERSON EACH TIME – Clients can expect the same person each time, unless there’s sickness or holidays

10. RESPECT FOR ALL CLIENTS – We ensure that (1) You (2) Your Home & (3) Your Property are treated with respect and if we’re not sure what to do in certain situations we’ll ask you first
