Background Checks

All staff must have DBS Checks and a range of other background checks

Due Diligence

New staff members have to prove they can do the job, before there is an offer of employment

Additional Due Diligence

New staff members often come to us with existing CRB/DBS checks but to ensure that our customer’s have maximum protection, we carry out a new DBS check

Same Person

Wherever possible you can expect the same person each time, unless there’s sickness or holidays

We ensure that you, your home and your Property are treated with respect and if we’re not sure what to do in certain situations we’ll ask you first.

Jeff is a very hard working and thoughtful gardener. He's keen to listen to our "vision" for the garden and do all that he can to work to make it happen. He's found creative fixes, gone above and beyond at times, is personable and kind. Would highly recommend.

I had the good fortune to find Becky's Cleaning Services a few years ago to not only clean but support my disabled sister in her bungalow. Now, my other sister, who had a stroke recently and lives in a three bed house, has their services. Jeff goes above and beyond just doing the most amazing clean. His kindness, care, and support would never be found elsewhere. The sparkle that is on every surface when he leaves is amazing. I also know that I can trust Jeff to support my sisters in his calm, caring manner. I couldn't recommend their service enough. Definitely more than 5 stars 🌟

Great cleaning and customer care, particularly in doing a visit to establish cleaning needs and timetabling prior to starting. Our kids also love our cleaner, she is so friendly and always punctual and professional.
