All staff must have DBS Checks and a range of other background checks
New staff members have to prove they can do the job, before there is an offer of employment
New staff members often come to us with existing CRB/DBS checks but to ensure that our customer’s have maximum protection, we carry out a new DBS check
Wherever possible you can expect the same person each time, unless there’s sickness or holidays
We ensure that you, your home and your Property are treated with respect and if we’re not sure what to do in certain situations we’ll ask you first.
